1.Our fireplaces parts are guaranteed 5 years. Warranty begins on the date of purchase.
2.Warranty will be applied on presentation of a dated cash receipt and is strictly limited to factory service repair of the piece or pieces that are found to be defective.
3.Installations costs and freight will not be reimbursed in any case as damages for any reason whatsoever.
4.Manufacturer will not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential defects, on goods or individuals.
5.The warranty will not be applied if devices have been subjected to abnormal use or if used under other conditions of use than the ones they were intended for.
6.The warranty will not apply in case of deterioration or accident due to negligence, damages caused by failing to maintain and service the device or result-ing from an alteration of material.
REMINDER
1.The 3D steam fireplace should be installed horizontally in a place that is not easy to move. The air convection in the fixed position is small.
2.When build the wall hole of fireplace, avoid caused effect of poor flame by backward suction when the machine is running. So air vent should be reserved.
3.The atomizing flame is sensitive to external factors and may take longer to start up in winter. Frequent wind in the installation area can also affect flame. color and shape.
4.In order to extend life of burner, suggest used purified water, in case dirt of water lead to fireplace unable to work after long time used.
5. When adding water, someone must be in charge to prevent water from flowing into the interior of the product and damaging internal parts.
6.If you need to move the machine, remember to cut off the power first, drain the water in the water tank, and then carefully test the panel temperature of the machine by hand before moving.
7.The 3D atomization fireplace is tiled in the groove, and the socket needs to be reserved in the groove.
INSTALLATION
1.Before installation, be sure to remove all packaging materials, cardboard and foam.
2.This burner is designed for indoor use only, if you want to use it outdoor, please keep it away from humid(rain/water) environment .
3.Please leave an electricity power connection socket on the right side in the hole for burner fit in. And please have this socket electricity supply can control on/off from outside wall.
4.Connect the fireplace to electrical outlet with plug then gently place it into the slot.
5.Connect filling hose with water tank and filling IN nipple, Press auto filling button to fill. When it stops , the tank is full.
