Your Right to Cancel

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days.
Deduction for Damaged or Used Goods
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. This means that you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Return of Goods

The direct cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us in a suitable condition. Faulty Goods

The packaging and quality of the product are really good, and the head movement is very smooth. It's gentle yet capable of massaging quickly and strongly, which is really nice. You can adjust the speed in 30 levels and also set three different movement patterns. It seems like it can easily relax tense muscles. Highly recommended.

RECOVERY! I read various opinions, so I had doubts. And I can say this much: sincere congratulations to the Chinese for the shop design and congratulations to the seller - an incredibly low price and lightning-fast delivery of the complete product with everything needed to assemble this shop. I haven't been this satisfied in a long time. The construction with cellular PVC increases the durability of the shed and ensures good thermal insulation. I can only recommend this shop - no reservations, no negative comments. Big thumbs up for China! Congratulations! I am an engineer - this machine has no flaws, which cannot be said about many other products. If I may suggest something - the longer sides are secured in the middle with two screws to the vertical strip. This is sufficient, but I would stiffen it with more screws - however, this is soft PVC.
