Your Right to Cancel

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days.
Deduction for Damaged or Used Goods
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. This means that you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For example, if you use the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them (such as removing tags, using or assembling the product), we may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect this.
Return of Goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the order to us. The direct cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us in a suitable condition. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service to ensure that the goods arrive safely.

Faulty Goods
In addition to your right to cancel, if the goods you receive are faulty or not as described, you may have a right to a repair or replacement, or in some cases, a full or partial refund. You need to inform us within 3 days of receiving delivery if you have found any faults in the item prior to using it.
Repair or Replacement: If the goods are faulty, you can request that we repair or replace them. We must do this within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.

Full Refund: If the fault is discovered within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

Great item ,easy to assemble and looks amazing, came in 2 packages but only tracking for 1 ,only downside is chat ,never ever use it, 3 hours to find a tracking number for the second parcel,i gave up and just hoped for the best
...these arrived today, and to say i'm impressed is an understatement. Okay, they could be slightly larger, but for the price i paid and the detail in each of the laser etched pokemon characters, i'm happy with my purchase. The manufacturer needs to rethink the base, maybe have a recessed area in the centre (where the light shines through), so the pokemon ball can sit snugly. All in all, this is a 9/10, very impressed, and come christmas, my grandson will be, too.

This kit exceeded my expectations. No parts missing and all bags numbered with printed instructions - the drawings are quite small. Bricks fitted together well and detail bricks were all printed, no stickers. Overall this kit is very good value for money and i would definitely recommend it.
