This policy outlines procedures for returns due to unwanted, damaged, or faulty goods, and addresses packaging requirements.

  • Unwanted Goods: Must be returned within 30 days in original, saleable condition after contacting customer service for a return reference. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and special orders are non-returnable.
  • Shortages: Must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Damaged Goods: Must be reported within 3 working days for a free replacement return. Used damaged items are subject to repair only.
  • Faulty Products: Must be reported within 30 days for collection and return to the manufacturer. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Manufacturer warranties apply, excluding wear and tear. Collection for repairs after 30 days is available at a cost.
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be retained for at least 30 days. Failure to do so may result in a 25% deduction from refunds.
