Tracking
- We work with multiple courier companies that provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched from us.
It is our company policy not to leave parcels at a safe place unless it’s at your discretion. We will not take responsibility if the parcel gets lost. Therefore, if you miss the delivery, please contact the courier company or get in touch with us for redelivery.
It is advisable to provide a contact mobile number so that this can be shared with the carrier in case of any delivery issues.

Returns
This policy outlines procedures for returns due to unwanted, damaged, or faulty goods, and addresses packaging requirements.

Unwanted Goods: Must be returned within 30 days in original, saleable condition after contacting customer service for a return reference. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and special orders are non-returnable.

Shortages: Must be reported within 24 hours.

Damaged Goods: Must be reported within 3 working days for a free replacement return. Used damaged items are subject to repair only.

Faulty Products: Must be reported within 30 days for collection and return to the manufacturer. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Manufacturer warranties apply, excluding wear and tear. Collection for repairs after 30 days is available at a cost.

Packaging: Original packaging must be retained for at least 30 days. Failure to do so may result in a 25% deduction from refunds.
Refunds
Unwanted Goods:
If your purchases are unsuitable and you wish to return them for a credit or exchange, the following conditions will apply:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Our customer service department must be contacted before any return is made to obtain the necessary returns reference.
- All items should be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for repackaging where applicable.
- Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense. However, we can arrange collection for £14.99.
- Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by your carrier.
- We cannot accept the return of any item that has been ordered specifically for you, such as spare parts, etc.
- Your return should be accompanied by proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, account number, and order reference number (most of this information should be detailed on your invoice). To assist us, we would appreciate you including details of why you wish to return the product.
Shortages:
If any consignment is sent to you incomplete, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours. They will investigate the issue and arrange for the completion of your order. Please note that back-ordered items listed as "to follow" do not constitute shortages.
Damaged Goods:
If you receive a parcel containing damaged goods, please notify customer services. They will arrange for collection and replacement. You must return the damaged goods within 30 days. If any damaged items have been used, they will be deemed acceptable by you, and only a repair will be offered instead of a replacement.
For clarity, nothing in this policy affects or modifies your statutory rights.
Faulty Products:
All products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. However, the warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage, and excludes consumables or parts that wear down, such as drill bits.
- If you receive any faulty item, you must inform us within 30 days. Our customer support team will arrange for collection and return to the manufacturer.
- After 30 days, it will be your responsibility to return the item to us using a trackable courier service. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by your carrier.
- After 30 days, faulty items will either be repaired or replaced, depending on the manufacturer's policy on faulty products.
- A collection service can be arranged at your request; however, you will be responsible for a £15.00 collection charge.
- Return delivery will be free of charge following the repair or replacement of any faulty item.
