Everything is made of plastic, including drawers, hooks, and panel. It has side laces, not at the top or bottom.
Screws and plugs are missing. Each panel has 9 holes, for 6 panels, totaling 54 holes. In the three bags with the accessories, there is a small bag with 12 plugs and screws for each bag, totaling 36 screws and plugs. 18 screws and bolts would be missing.
Otherwise, for what it's worth, I imagined the quality.
Otherwise, it's fine; I recommend it for the price.

The fasteners are a bit fragile... I would have liked fasteners that attach and not hang.... but for 50€ it gets the job done :).
